The core curriculum covers: motivation, management, teambuilding, time management, marketing, sales, customer service, negotiation techniques, hiring, firing, human resources, staying out of court, performance evaluations, cash flow, collections and goal setting.  

Additional modules include understanding financial statements, cash flow, developing Key Performance Indicators, budgeting, planning and exit planning.
