People talk about “culture” a great deal but have difficulty describing what it looks like. It encompasses the values of the organization and drives how things get done within a company, yet few small businesses attempt to measure it.
Using the Motivators assessment will allow you to define your culture and the things that Motivate your employees – the values they possess. People with very different values won’t relate to each other, and if their values clash with the needs of their job they may not be a good fit for the task they are currently carrying out.
