• Analysis takes four days on-site and consumes little senior management time.

• Fieldwork can usually be completed in a 30-day timeframe without disrupting company operations.

• Development and finalization of the action plan to be presented to the management team takes a further 15 days.

• Regular follow up meetings extend until all the agreed actions have been implemented.

• The fee structure depends upon the complexity of the engagement, and is established at the initial orientation meeting. It is usually in the range of $12,500 to $25,000.
