TIMEFRAME AND COST

A complex analysis has been refined into a relatively simple process that is both efficient and effective. The bulk of the work is done by Edge rather than the company and in a way that consumes very little senior management time. Edge’s experience in this area is reflected in both the speed with which analysis can be completed and the cost of the program.

The process has a clear timetable and scope of operation, includes an implementation methodology driven by Edge and is offered at a fixed cost with a performance guarantee.

Analysis takes three days on-site and needs little senior management time.

Fieldwork can usually be completed in a 30-day timeframe without disrupting company operations.

Development and finalization of the action plan to be presented to the management team takes a further 15 days.

Follow up meetings extend untill all agreed actions have been implemented.

The fee structure depends upon the complexity of the engagement, and is established at the initial orientation meeting. The cost is usually in the range of $10,000 to $15,000 depending on the number of product lines involved.

If the implementation of agreed recommendations does not cover the cost of the Marketing Edge within a twelve month period, then the difference will be returned to the company.

The result is a set of written marketing plans and the production of a second series of action focused revenue-generating plans that will ensure that the organization takes the right steps to achieve its goals. Success in the form of increased revenues or increased profits is guaranteed in a 12-month timeframe – or the uncovered portion of the cost will be refunded.
