Analysis takes three days on-site
and needs little senior management time.
Fieldwork can usually be completed
in a 30-day timeframe without disrupting company operations.
Development and finalization
of the action plan to be presented to the management team takes a further
15 days.
Follow up meetings extend until
all agreed actions have been implemented.
The fee structure depends upon
the complexity of the engagement, and is established at the initial orientation
meeting. It is usually in the range of $7,500 to $15,000.
If the implementation of agreed
recommendations does not cover the cost of the Growth Edge within
twelve months, then the difference will be refunded.

in the form of increased revenues, reduced costs or increased profits
is guaranteed in a 12-month timeframe or the out of pocket cost
