It is an advisory resource that not only delivers ad hoc CEO Support in a practical, affordable manner but also includes monthly on-site half-day Company Project meetings to identify issues and drive their resolution.

The Advisory Edge starts with two half-day sessions on-site to allow Edge to develop a broad understanding of the company and its resources and agree upon those areas where improvement can be made. Thereafter, the program focuses where the CEO feels help is required, with Edge helping to drive Company Projects by devising action plans and quarterbacking agreed implementation.
