People with different behavioral styles like to do things differently. Our behaviors affect everything we do, the way we walk, talk, shop, drive and eat. Fast-paced people and methodical people need each other, but that doesn’t mean that they relate to each other.
Using behavioral assessments to measure your team and then sharing the results has enormous value. They may not get on better, but at least they understand why they are different, and that can make it easier to compromise and learn how to communicate better and work more effectively as a team.
